What if capable leaders are stuck
not because of skill gaps —
but because of formation gaps?
The Sterizo Formation Index is the first psychometric index built to measure integration — not just capability. It publishes on 20 December 2026.

Most assessments measure what someone can do.
None measure how integrated they are.
Organisations invest heavily in skills development, leadership training, and talent assessment — yet capable people continue to underperform, plateau, or leave. The gap is rarely skill. It is coherence.
When Identity, Character, Competence, and Impact are not working as a unified whole, capability fragments. The most talented person in the room may also be the most constrained — not by what they lack, but by what is not yet integrated.
The Sterizo Formation Index was built to measure that gap. Not as a diagnosis. As a direction.
Formation is not a metaphor.
It is a measurable process.
The SFI produces a single composite score between 0 and 1 — not a personality type, not a competency ranking, but a measure of integration. A score approaching 1 does not mean perfect. It means whole.
It is drawn from the Wholeness Index™ psychometric instrument, which maps development across four domains using 88 validated items. The Formation Index translates that data into a population-level reference — the first of its kind.
Integration across all four
is what wholeness looks like.
How clearly a person understands who they are — their self-concept, purpose, values, and narrative. The foundation everything else is built on.
How consistently a person acts in alignment with their values — their ethics, discipline, courage, and integrity under pressure.
How effectively a person translates knowledge into action — their skills, adaptability, communication, and problem-solving in practice.
How meaningfully a person contributes beyond themselves — their influence, legacy, service, and systemic contribution over time.
